Production process
Every lot follows the same sequence, from receiving to packing.
Receiving and inspection
Raw nuts are checked for quality and moisture on arrival.
Heat treatment and shelling
Nuts are treated, then the hard shell is removed to release the kernel.
Drying
Kernels are dried to the required moisture level.
Peeling
The thin skin around each kernel is removed.
Grading
Kernels are graded by size and colour.
Packing and checks
Kernels are packed to your specification and checked before shipment.
